Mears Connect has stepped in as the unofficial replacement for Disney’s Magical Express. Mears is the company that ran Disney’s Magical Express, so it is about as close as you can get.

The introductory price for Standard is $16 each way for anyone over ten, and $13.50 each way for children ages three through nine. Kids under three are free.

Express costs $250 roundtrip for up to four passengers. If you need to add more passengers, it’s $55 per person.

Unlike Disney’s Magical Express, some non-Disney owned hotels are serviced by Mears Connect. These include Shades of Green on Walt Disney World® Resort, Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace – Disney Springs, and Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort.

Mears offers other transportation options as well. Some Guests decide that a limo is a way to arrive in style. Here’s the information from Mears Transportation:

Paula K

I grew up in Western Massachusetts. When I was nine my family went to Disneyland and I was hooked. I grew up, attended New England College in Henniker, NH, and eventually moved to Virginia. I worked as a disc jockey, married, and became a full time mom when our daughter was born. Fast forward several years. In 2010, we moved to Central Florida and my Disney obsession grew. I now work as a freelance writer and spend my spare time in the Parks. Under the name Paula Brown, I penned the novels 'Dream Wanderers' and 'The Coffee Cruiser'. I also am a co-author of 'Dining at Walt Disney World: The Definitive Guide'. I'm obsessed with Star Wars, so this is a good time to live in Central Florida.
