4. Cove Bar Lobster Nachos
The words lobster nachos and theme park usually don’t go together, but in this case we are SO glad they do! The Cove Bar on Paradise Pier in California Adventure is home to their famous lobster nachos. This “appetizer” is considered a meal due to the generous portions of lobster meat sprinkled throughout. The lobster is accompanied by fresh house-made tortilla chips, black beans, pico de gallo, chipotle crema, and their signature aged cheddar sauce. This meal is large enough to share, but with sweet lobster in every cheesy bite, we don’t blame you if you don’t! If you’re not a lobster fan, you can always swap it for chicken or steak as well.
