2. A feature presentation of fine foods
Another meal worthy of the limelight is lunch or dinner at Carthay Circle. This elegant establishment in Disney California Adventure was modeled and themed after the historic Carthay Circle Theater, which was built during the 1920s and premiered Walt Disney’s first full-length animated feature film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. You won’t find any one-act shows here, as your full dining experience includes a scrumptious starter, enticing entrée, and then a grand finale in the way of a delectable dessert. Begin with Cathay’s signature fried biscuits or one of other starter options, and then tuck into a presentation of flavors with delicious land or sea delights. Then a decadent dessert makes a most happy ending. While the restaurant is located on the second story of the building you’ll find Carthay Circle Lounge located on level one as a more casual pick for lighter plates and plenty of libations.
