7. Ticket Purchases
If you’re able, it’s best to have your ticket in hand before arriving on site so that you don’t have to wait in yet another line to buy them. (Plus, if you’re following the monorail tip, you’ll need tickets before you get on.) If you’re buying one-day tickets, I personally recommend purchasing directly through the Disneyland app on the day before or day of your visit, assuming you’ve got some flexibility. (Tickets are non-refundable, so I prefer not to spend the money until I know for certain that everyone is healthy and the weather is ideal.) However, if you’re planning on visiting the parks for three+ days, you’ll save money by pre-buying the tickets in a bundle.
