Guardians of the Galaxy fans visiting Disney California Adventure Park have a new favorite experience. It’s Guardians of the Galaxy—Mission: BREAKOUT. Housed in the former Twilight Zone Tower of Terror site, this new ride still delivers all the same dropping thrills as its predecessor, but now there’s a brand new free-falling edge themed after the Guardians of the Galaxy storyline. You’re on a rescue mission to save the Guardians from high up in The Collector’s fortress. Rocket, recently escaped from his case, will join you on your quest to save his friends as you strap into your seat aboard a gantry lift that comes with its own misadventures. Each ride offers a series of different synchronized rising and falling action as well as different songs chosen from Star-Lord’s unique personal shuffle selections.
