1. Chip and Dale’s Critter Breakfast
When: Breakfast
Where: Storyteller’s Cafe in The Grand Californian
A slightly more relaxed character dining option, Chip and Dale’s Critter Breakfast is a great choice if you prefer not to eat from a buffet. This is because the eatery offers many items à la carte, meaning less getting up and down and instead spending more time together as a family. That said, there is a buffet available, so you can choose which way you prefer to dine.
The foods offered at this character breakfast include the usual omelette station, bacon, sausage, Mickey waffles, and fresh fruit. Caramel french toast is also offered, and is absolutely incredible. Don’t forget to order an espresso beverage to start your day off right.
As far as characters go, you can expect to see a pretty unusual collection of Disney friends at this meal. All of the characters are friends found in the forest and could include humans such as Pocahontas and Tarzan, as well as critters such as characters from Brother Bear. Obviously, you will also get a chance to meet the hosts of the breakfast, meaning fans of Chip and Dale will be plenty happy.
With this information in mind, you should be able to pick the best meal for your family fairly easily. Just be sure to make your reservations early, as the meals will book up.
