5. Other humorous homesteads
In addition to the mouse houses you’ll find the humorous homesteads of other beloved Disney characters as well. Near Mickey’s house you’ll find the Chip ‘N’ Dale Treehouse—a woodsy redwood-like retreat owned by Chip and Dale. Guests of all ages are welcome to climb the windy stairs and explore all the nooks and crannies of the chummy chipmunk nuthouse. There’s also Goofy’s Playhouse, which is best enjoyed by kids as it is more or less a playground. But you can still step inside and see several “goofy” furnishings and even goofier framed photos. Other fun touches about this place include the outdoor gardens of oversized pumpkins, a Goofy scarecrow, and other interesting sights. You’ll also notice Goofy’s less-than-stellar parking job. And because ducks love water, Donald’s domain is really a boathouse known as The Miss Daisy. Docked permanently nearby Goofy’s Playhouse, guests are invited to come aboard and peek in at all the famed Pekin’s personal effects. From boots and other gear, to sailing essentials and even interactive features, Donald’s boat always delivers up feathery-fun follies.
