7. Character dining
Each Disneyland Resort features an array of distinct dining possibilities right on location. This includes anything from lavish, elegant sit-down experiences to lively, family-friendly follies. Character dining takes place at each of the three Disneyland Resort hotels daily, making for the perfect opportunity to meet Disney characters right at your resort! Start the morning with nutty antics at Disney’s Grand Californian’s Storyteller’s Café with the Chip ‘n Dale Critter Breakfast. For this fun character-themed experience diners will be treated to a delightful breakfast buffet spread featuring a vast array of traditional favorites as well as vegetarian and other unique offerings. While dining, guests will be visited by Chip, Dale, and a whole host of other woodland critters from various Disney films. Some of the furry friends known to attend the Chip ‘n Dale Critter Breakfast are rarer, lesser-seen Disney characters like Meeko from Pocahontas, Kenai and Koda from Brother Bear, Turk from Tarzan, and Br’er Fox, to name just some. Character appearances do alternate, but you can always count on the nutty duo of Chip and Dale each and every time.
At Disney’s PCH Grill, at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel, there’s the Surf’s Up! Breakfast with Mickey and Friends character dining experience. Here you can catch a wave of delicious breakfast from an endless ocean of options at this buoyant buffet. And as you dine you will enjoy delightful table visits from some of the most beloved classic Disney characters, including Minnie, Daisy, Pluto, Stitch, and of course Mickey Mouse. You’ll also find a great character dining experience awaiting you at Disneyland Hotel in Goofy’s Kitchen. Enjoy a lavish buffet spread for breakfast and dinner both, and take the opportunity to mingle with Mickey, Minnie, Chip, Dale, Pluto, and your cuckoo cook Goofy.
