7. Splurging On Every Dessert
We love desserts at Disney, but this shouldn’t be your only food source throughout the day. After a churro, cinnamon roll, ice cream and beignets, you’re not going to be able to enjoy your day at the park. Enjoy treats in moderation or share with family members so that you don’t overwhelm your stomach and miss out on valuable park time! Make sure to stock up on some of the healthier snack options in the park like a spear of pineapple or a shiny apple, (don’t worry, it’s not the poisoned kind), so that you feel refreshed and fueled throughout your day!
