1. Let there be light
Whenever visiting Disneyland Park, Walt Disney occupied a small apartment situated just above the Fire Station on Main Street. He always left a lighted lamp in the window when he was in to let people know that he was there. And he is still there, in spirit. To honor his lasting legacy and enduring presence the lamp is now left on at all times and never goes out. You can see it if you look closely enough.
There are so many other hidden gems at Disneyland Park that we haven’t even touched on. From a mirror within the Mad Hatter gift shop in which the Cheshire Cat likes to appear and disappear to themed popcorn turners and a castle design detail that incorporates cute squirrels rather than the more traditional but grotesque gargoyles, Disneyland is full of fascinating secrets. Always remember to keep your eyes and ears open for the many other magical discoveries awaiting you on your park visit.
