7. Spite
Though it’s usually done in jest rather than out of spite, there’s still nothing funny about trying to “unmask” a character (figuratively or literally). It’s just as frowned upon to try to get them to break character too. Not only are they well-skilled at staying in character, it can be upsetting for another guest to see, and even for the actor – even though they won’t show it. Yes - they’re that good!
